The master plan calls for a “campus like” environment that will differentiate LindenPointe from other real estate developments.
LindenPointe will foster an innovative and professional atmosphere. The design standards for this facility are unmatched in the region.
The quality of work life at the LindenPointe campus is augmented by the general quality of life that flows from being a part of Mercer County in western Pennsylvania — a community that offers a lifestyle that helps in attracting and retaining highly qualified employees.
Economic development efforts are dedicated to improving our community and its quality of life through new investment, strengthening and diversifying the local business base and new job creation.
Once you’re here you won’t be forgotten! The Penn Northwest Development Corporation and the City of Hermitage are committed to meet the business needs in the community through an active business call and retention program.
Approximately 100 acres are fully improved, with street lighting, entry signage, landscaping and buried utilities. Utilities include power, water, sewer, telecommunications and cable television at the lot line.
Stormwater management facilities have been provided in the comprehensive campus design, therefore additional acreage is not required for on-site stormwater detention facilities and stormwater facility installation costs have been incurred by the developer.
